Q2: What is your factory monthly and daily production capacity for power tools?
A: We have a stable daily output of over 1000 pcs, with monthly mass production capacity ranging from 30000 pcs to 40000 pcs.
Q3: What is the MOQ for standard models?
A: The MOQ for OEM service is 500-1000 pcs. Some models are in stock and support lower MOQ for small test orders. Please contact us to confirm the exact order quantity.
Q4: What customization do you support?
A: We offer customization services according to your requirements, including body color, logo printing, packaging, tool accessory kits, quantity of battery packs, country specific plug specifications, multi language manuals and more.
Q5: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can supply samples for product performance testing. You will need to cover the sample cost and freight. Please note that we make no profit from samples; this policy ensures consistent quality and service between samples and bulk orders.
Q6: What are your usual shipping ports and available trade terms?
A: Our main shipping ports are Shanghai, Ningbo and Shenzhen. We support trade terms including EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP. With multiple long term cooperating logistics providers, we can offer you optimal freight rates and shipping solutions.
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C and Western Union. Further payment terms can be negotiated for long‑term cooperating clients.
Q8: Can you provide relevant certificates and documents to support customers for smooth customs clearance?
A: Yes. We are aware that countries such as Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt have strict customs clearance requirements for power‑tool products. Upon your request, we can provide relevant product certificates, battery reports, certificate of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists and other required documents to assist you with destination country customs clearance.
