Product Description

When used with a plunge track saw, the guide rail enables precise cutting, ensuring a perfectly straight cut, even over long distances, such as 10 meters. Using a guide rail for wood cutting helps save time and costs, reduces the waste of expensive lumber, and makes home improvement projects easier and more enjoyable. We typically offer guide rails in lengths of 0.7m, 1m, and 1.5m; custom lengths are also available to suit your specific requirements. We recommend using 1-meter segments, which can be joined together using connectors to achieve a total length of 2 meters or more.

Guide rails are generally packaged with two units per carton, though custom packaging options are available. We can also add your logo to the rails via labels or direct printing.

Constructed from thickened, hard-anodized aluminum alloy, this guide rail features an integrated T-slot design. The high-rigidity profile ensures stability over long distances, preventing bending or deformation during operation. The smooth, wear-resistant anodized surface allows the track saw to glide effortlessly without sticking.

Equipped with anti-slip rubber strips on the underside to prevent the rail from shifting, and anti-splinter strips on the top to minimize chipping on the panel surface. Connecting brackets allow for seamless joining of multiple rails, enabling flexible extension of the cutting length.

This system ensures high precision for straight-line cuts on large panels, reducing material waste. It produces clean, neat edges, significantly minimizing the need for subsequent sanding. Rails can be joined together when a single piece is not long enough, allowing one set to handle panels of various sizes. The anti-slip and anti-splinter strips are replaceable wear parts; they can be swapped out individually without needing to replace the entire rail, which lowers long-term costs for the end user and encourages repeat purchases.
