Product Application
This KY-G1-3014 is a 2000W brushless heavy duty angle grinder accepting 220-240V or 120V input, delivering 6500 no-load RPM for 230 mm (9‑inch) grinding wheels. Fitted with M14 spindle and supplied with auxiliary handle and wrenches, it is packed 2 units per carton with net weight 10.5 kg per piece. Boasting high-torque brushless motor, this grinder performs heavy duty tasks including thick steel cutting, large-area weld grinding, concrete and stone trimming, plus rust and paint removal on large metal parts. Targeted at steel fabrication plants, construction sites and stone processing factories, it serves professional wholesalers and industrial buyers for continuous high load projects. It differs from low power 700-800W compact grinders and is intended for skilled operators rather than light diy fine finish jobs.

Compared to compact 700W or 800W models, this brushless heavy duty angle grinder is designed for a different user base and set of applications:
Brushless Motor:
It generates a stronger magnetic field when powered and experiences minimal speed drop under load. By using an electronic controller to precisely manage current phases, the brushless motor eliminates the physical friction between carbon brushes and the commutator; this results in an operating efficiency of over 85%–90%-an improvement of approximately 30% over brushed motors-and a theoretical lifespan 3 to 5 times longer.
Cutting Capability:
While 700W/800W angle grinders typically use 100mm–125mm discs limiting cutting depth, this product features a 230mm (9-inch) disc capable of cutting depths up to approximately 69mm. This enables: single-pass cutting of thick-walled pipes (such as steel pipes or channel steel with diameters under 50mm); efficient straight cutting of thick steel plates (over 10mm) a task small-disc 700W models struggle to handle; and processing of large-section profiles (such as I-beams and H-beams), where cutting and bevel grinding are key strengths of this tool.
Continuous Operation Capability:
Equipped with overload protection and an optimized heat dissipation design, this tool combines a 16A rated current with a 2000W power margin, making it resistant to motor burnout from overloading. It also features soft-start and restart protection to prevent torque shock and tool kickback during startup.
