Pre-start Preparation
Put on protective gear, check the tightness of all machine components, and fill the mower with the appropriate fuel and lubricant. Ensure you wear comprehensive protective equipment-such as rubber boots, safety goggles, and close-fitting long-sleeved clothing and trousers-to guarantee operational safety. Carefully inspect components like the blade, clutch, and screws for any looseness, ensuring they are securely fastened. Check the fuel tank level and prepare the fuel mixture using the correct 25:1 ratio of gasoline to engine oil. Verify that the blade guard is securely attached to ensure personal safety during operation. Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the drive shaft to minimize wear and ensure smooth operation. Additionally, inspect the work area to ensure the terrain is relatively flat and free of excessive rocks or protrusions, allowing for stable operation and the prevention of accidents.
Starting and Operation
Gently engage the throttle to start the machine, paying attention to any abnormal noises and ground conditions to ensure stable operation. Gently engage the throttle to start the gasoline engine and listen carefully to confirm the engine runs smoothly without abnormal sounds. Put on the harness, stabilize your stance, and step into the work area. Adjust the throttle setting appropriately based on the height of the weeds. Observe the terrain to avoid obstacles and adjust the distance between the blade and the ground according to the density and height of the vegetation. Continuously monitor the mower's status during operation to ensure no abnormalities occur.
Shutdown Procedure
After finishing work, gradually shut down the engine, inspect the blade and drive components, and perform necessary maintenance. Upon completing the task, first step away from the work area and gently return the throttle to the minimum position. Next, turn off the gasoline engine and ensure both the engine and blade have come to a complete stop before proceeding. During shutdown, thoroughly inspect the blade for cracks or damage to ensure safety for future use. Also, carefully check the drive shaft screws and the blade guard for looseness, ensuring all parts remain securely fastened. Finally, perform necessary maintenance and lubrication on the drive components to extend the mower's service life.
